My participation in Bay Oaks 2014 sales was another banner year with me representing 39% of Bay Oaks sellers at closing and an overall of 25.5% of volume. 2014 had another reason for celebration – I handled the highest dollar Bay Oaks sale as well as Waterfront transaction in the Clear Lake Area.
2015 Mid-Year overall statistics are moving forward strongly in comparison to the 2014 Mid-Year.
